At Zoloto, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free Returns & Replacement process.

✅ Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags.

Returns are accepted only against manufacturing defects, wrong item delivered, or transit damage.

Customized / personalized jewellery is not eligible for return.


📦 How to Request a Return / Replacement

1. Contact our support team at ecomsupport@zoloto.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/replacement.

3. Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

4. Once the product is received and quality checked, we will:

Send a replacement product, OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 working days).

🔐 Important Notes

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Zoloto reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer.
